Alex’s trip to London. Part 1: the train journey

Alex visited London to attend the Ambitious About Autism‘s Youth Patron meeting. Alex felt it would be good to work on his every day living skills. Here is the day in photos.
Alex and Sylvia got up at 5.15 ready to catch the train at Flint at 6.15. It was a very cold dark start, but at least it wasn’t raining.
They managed to get a good seat and settled down to enjoy the journey. Alex likes trains better than buses because they are quiet and have lots of lines.

The journey was very quiet and Alex and Sylvia discussed the book Sylvia was reading about Aspergers Syndrome and Anxiety.
Alex looked at the notes for the meeting. It was interesting because there were photos of all the other Youth Patrons and a little bit about each of them.
