The first ever Podcast I hosted

Check out my first-ever podcast. I have taken part in a number of podcasts before. For example, I was interviewed for the Psyche Files when I was 20 and you can view that podcast here. However, I had never hosted a podcast before. I hosted my first with Anmol Singh the other week. Anmol has written for my blog before. You can see his writings here.
The first time we tried doing a podcast, the video footage was really laggy and it was off-putting. I planned to put images throughout it but it was just so much work to do that as the podcast was an hour long and it was hard to know what images to use throughout the whole thing. I decided I’d rather do a new podcast and just use the first one for some clips that I would upload every now and again. You can see the new podcast below and a clip from the first one (a clip about receiving an autism diagnosis) below that. Please give me feedback. Thank you.
