Alex Lowery speaks about autism

Alex has won a 2014 Autism Heroes Awards

Written on 15th May 2014 by Sylvia Lowery

Alex is delighted to win an ‘Outstanding Personal Achievement in the Community Award’.

Alex says,  “This is such a pleasant surprise. I never would have thought I would win something like this. I am just raising awareness of autism. I have not even thought about an award. I hope that me winning this award will help to raise more awareness of autism. I feel really encouraged that I have won this award and I am really looking forward to going to Holly’s Ball where I will meet people I have wanted to meet for a long time. I can’t wait to meet Carly Ryan and Scott James. ”

The local paper featured a story about Alex’s award.
